1. Service Delivery and Fulfillment
At Sonnenz, we are committed to delivering your CRM build-out and marketing services promptly and efficiently. The typical delivery timeline for CRM build-outs is 2-4 weeks, while marketing services may vary based on the scope of the project. Specific timelines will be provided in your service agreement.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our services. We offer the following refund policy:
Full Refunds: Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and before any substantial work has begun on the CRM build-out or marketing services.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are available if a cancellation request is made after work has begun but within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
No Refunds: No refunds are available after 30 days from the purchase date or once the project has been substantially completed.
2.2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The request must be made within the specified timeframe.Substantial work has not been completed (for full refunds).The services rendered did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards.
2.3. Non-Refundable Services
Custom development work that has been approved by the client.Marketing campaigns that have already been launched.Any third-party services or tools purchased on behalf of the client.
